In the previous year, profit from discontinued operations amounting to €89.1 million related to
the operation to dispose of an equity investment in RCB DEXIA Investor Services (net of the
relative expenses) resulting from the contribution of depository banking operations, while €15
thousand related to the disposal of a property located in Brescia belonging to UBI Banca Scpa.
