Empanelment of Firms for Furniture manufacturing, electrical & LAN Cabling works. Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank is in process of empanelling for Furniture manufacturer for interior furnishing and repair work, Electrical and Cabling Works in the Offices and Bank Branches. 01. Application forms are invited for empanelment of experienced, reputed and competent Firms engaged in Furniture manufacturing, Designing, Electrical and LAN Cabling works. 02. Furniture manufacturer and Designing works and firms doing the Cabling Works shall apply for empanelment in prescribed format, which can be downloaded from the bank’s website: www.ubgb.in 03. The eligibility criteria shall be as under. a) The Firm should have minimum three years experience in the respective field and should have designed and manufactured the furnitures of Private /Public Sector bank/Regional Rural Banks. b) The Firms should have PAN and VAT Nos. 04. The applicant should enclosed draft (non-refundable) for Rs.500/ in favour of Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank and payable at Muzaffarpur. 05. The Bank reserved the rights to accept or reject any or all applications. 06. Completed document shall be submitted upto the last date given in advertisement, during office hours to the office of : - General Manager Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank Head Office, Kalambagh Chowk, Sharma Complex, Muzaffarpur – 842 001 E/RAO/GAD/Tender/manuf.works

Application form for empanelment shall be submitted in sealed envelope super scribing ‘Application for empanelment as …………………………… 02. The Application shall be submitted strictly in the format as mentioned alongwith the supporting documents. 03. The ability and competence of the applicant to render required services within the specified time frame will be a major factor while deciding the empanelment of the Firm. 04. The applicant should ensure that the application is hand delivered at the given address within prescribed date and time as mentioned in the advertisement. 05. Application containing false and/or incomplete information is liable for rejection. 06. The applicant should enclosed draft ( non-refundable) for Rs.500/-(Five Hundred) only payable to Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank. 07. The Bank reserves right to accept or reject any or all the application. 08. The applicant should attach copy of PAN & VAT duly signed on it. 09.
