AN INNOVATIVE FILTRATION
PROCEDURE OF DUST
in industrial
production.
CLEAN AIR IS AN IMPORTANT
PRODUCTION FACTOR
In many industrial production processes, such as grinding, welding,
polishing, cutting, mixing, filling, melting or slurrying of powders,
dust is emitted to the production environment. Without using
a sophisticated filter system, this would cause impurities to your
products and soiling of the production facilities. Furthermore, dust
and in particular alveolar particulate matters constitute a hazard
for your employees which must not be underestimated, as it may
cause severe diseases.
The SFC system reliably filters such harmful substances. The result: A
safe and clean environment for your employees, no impurities and
hence considerable cost saving in production. Higher filter surface
load and a simplified maintenance do another part to reduce life
cycle costs.
If industrial dust is concerned: Just contact us – we will find an
appropriate solution!
Our customers operate in the following sectors:
· Chemical industry · Metal-working industry
· Paper industry · Food industry
· Pharmaceutical industry · Wood industry
· Industry of building materials · Waste management industry
· and other industries (e.g. leather, fibre glass, CFRP)
The Basics
„WE ARE YOUR FLEXIBLE SYSTEMS SUPPLIER
FOR CUSTOMISED SOLUTIONS.“
Modular design
High flexibility for customised solutions
by way of modular design of the system.
Self-cleaning by pulse cleaning
The well-engineered interaction between diaphragm valves and venturi
tubes provides for longer service life of the filters and reduced compressed
air consumption.
Powder coating
The homogenous powder coating
allows a long service life without
corrosion - even under poor conditions.
Flow
distribution
A flow distribution optimised
by CFD simulation
provides for homogenous
filter load and low
pressure drop.
Quick and easy
maintenance
Support for heavyduty
operation
The solid supporting frame resists
wind speeds of up to 160 km/h and
earthquakes up to magnitude 4.
In order to customise the plant, we use features such as:
Pre-filter – deflector separator
and cyclones
Pipework and pipe installations
Extraction elements and hoods
Fans with high efficiency
After-filter – HEPA,
activated carbon
Sound protection – Sound
protection casing for fans
and pipe sound absorbers
reduce the noise emission of
the system under conventional
production conditions
to 80 dBA or even less
By means of CFD simulations and several tests, we
were able to create a novel and trendsetting system
for cleaning filter cartridges during operation - the socalled
„pulse cleaning“ using compressed air.
inlet which suck the filter cake into the filter medium
and clog it. Another advantage of the system: Sequential
dedusting of the filter cartridges avoids pollutant
peaks in the clean gas section.
A powerful compressed air blast is produced by the
optimal design of the injector nozzle and the venturi
tube which separates the cartridge during operation
from the filter cake and provides for even cleaning
of the cartridge. Moreover, the UAS pulse cleaning
avoids local negative pressures occurring in the filter
In addition to the technical advantages, the unique
and patented pulse cleaning causes low operational
costs. Pulse cleaning reduces the pressure drop and
the compressed air consumption and at the same time
guarantees long service life of the filter cartridges.
