In many industrial production processes, such as grinding, welding, 

polishing, cutting, mixing, filling, melting or slurrying of powders, 

dust is emitted to the production environment. Without using 

a sophisticated filter system, this would cause impurities to your 

products and soiling of the production facilities. Furthermore, dust 

and in particular alveolar particulate matters constitute a hazard 

for your employees which must not be underestimated, as it may 

cause severe diseases. 

The SFC system reliably filters such harmful substances. The result: A

By means of CFD simulations and several tests, we 

were able to create a novel and trendsetting system 

for cleaning filter cartridges during operation - the socalled 

„pulse cleaning“ using compressed air. 

inlet which suck the filter cake into the filter medium 

and clog it. Another advantage of the system: Sequential 

dedusting of the filter cartridges avoids pollutant 

peaks in the clean gas section. 

A powerful compressed air blast is produced by the 

optimal design of the injector nozzle and the venturi 

tube which separates the cartridge during operation 

from the filter cake and provides for even cleaning 

of the cartridge. Moreover, the UAS pulse cleaning 

avoids local negative pressures occurring in the filter 

In addition to the technical advantages, the unique 

and patented pulse cleaning causes low operational 

costs. Pulse cleaning reduces the pressure drop and 

the compressed air consumption and at the same time 

guarantees long service life of the filter cartridges.

filter solution – also for cancer-causing and toxic substances – due to the
