Complete the card by putting an “X” through the squares <strong>of</strong> fruits, vegetables and physical activities<br />

you have tried. A “bingo” is complete when you make a line <strong>of</strong> X’s diagonally, horizontally, or vertically.<br />

Berry Banana Split<br />

Makes 1 serving<br />

Now is the time to buy sweet bright berries!<br />

Try this delicious recipe at home.<br />

Ingredients:<br />

• 1 small banana, peeled<br />

• 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt<br />

• 1/4 cup lowfat granola<br />

• 1/4 cup fresh blueberries<br />

Preparation:<br />

1. Cut banana in half lengthwise.<br />

2. Spoon yogurt into a cereal bowl.<br />

3. Place the banana halves on both sides<br />

<strong>of</strong> the yogurt.<br />

4. Top yogurt with granola and blueberries.<br />

5. Enjoy!<br />
