Traditional One-component marine wood varnish, finish based on on tung modified oil, phenolic-modified alkyd/urethane resin alkyd combined resins
and with maximum colorfast pigments. U.V. absorbers. UV protecting.

Interior and exterior wood above the waterline. Rapidcoat can be used for
renewing weathered areas, as a stain prior to a varnish system or as a full system

maximum durability, U.V. protection and longevity
Ultra high gloss
Epifanes Rapidcoat provides a lightly tinted, U.V. protecting finish. Great
0.92 breathing properties, good flexibility. It bonds extremely well to teak and any
other oily wood, preventing discoloration and emphasizing the natural grain of
55 the +/- wood. 2 vol. Rapidcoat % can be applied every 5-6 hours. Three coats is sufficient for
most conditions. No sanding required. Easy touch up and maintenance.

Temperature between 10C and 30C during application and drying. Air
humidity Brush, roller, below conventional 85%. Avoid air varnishing spray, H.V.L.P., in too much airless. wind or sun. A rapid loss
of solvents will occur under these conditions and decrease the flowing ability.
Add Tack thinner free - 3 up hours to the specified percentage Tape free to – 5 compensate hours for the faster release
of Dry solvents. - 4 hours Epifanes Clear Gloss Recoatable Varnish can - be 5-6 used hours over most types of other
one-component alkyd or urethane based varnish and over properly sanded twocomponent
Temperature varnishes. should be between 50F. and 85F. during application. Air humidity
below 85%. Avoid application in too much wind or sun. A rapid loss of solvents
will occur under these conditions and will decrease the flowing ability.
