<strong>Usborne</strong> Book Fairs<br />
Reach for the Stars!!<br />
Reach for the Stars!! is a generous pledge-based reading incentive program, designed to benefit<br />
schools, classrooms, clubs, preschools, church groups, home school groups, charities, businesses and<br />
public libraries.<br />
The goal of Reach for the Stars!! is for participants to read, or be read to for 300 minutes over a two<br />
week period, thus developing a reading routine and receiving <strong>Usborne</strong> and Kane Miller books<br />
for bringing in pledges.<br />
“Reach for the Stars!! is a great fundraiser! Finally, an activity that the kids actually do the work<br />
to earn both books and profit for their school. Also, everyone has the capability to read<br />
or be read to. What a great way to encourage reading and the reward is new books.<br />
This is the easiest fundraising idea that we have participated in. Everyone wins,<br />
new books for kids, money and books for schools.”<br />
