corporation headquartered in Liberty, Texas. It was founded
by Geraldine Davis Humphreys in 1957 and upon her death
in 1961 all of the assets of her estate were transferred to the
Foundation. Since that time, the Foundation has contributed
substantially to the performing arts and to universities for
scholarships in the field of dramatic arts throughout the state
of Texas. The Humphreys Foundation has generously

four decades, including founding support for The Humphreys
School of Musical Theatre, the official training wing of
