ratifies and approves <strong>the</strong> Amendment dated June 14, 2012 to <strong>the</strong> Employment Agreement between Dr.<br />

Barbarann Tantillo and <strong>the</strong> <strong>Union</strong> <strong>Free</strong> <strong>School</strong> <strong>District</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Tarrytowns</strong>, as previously amended, and<br />

17. RESOLVED: That, <strong>the</strong> Board <strong>of</strong> Education hereby authorizes <strong>the</strong> Superintendent <strong>of</strong> <strong>School</strong>s to sign <strong>the</strong><br />

Memorandum <strong>of</strong> Agreement by and between <strong>the</strong> Board <strong>of</strong> Education <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Public <strong>School</strong>s <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

<strong>Tarrytowns</strong> and <strong>the</strong> Teachers’ Association <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Tarrytowns</strong>, providing for a three year successor<br />
