THE NEW MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT<br />
OF THE REPUBLIC OF TRINIDAD<br />
AND TOBAGO<br />
His Excellency Pr<strong>of</strong>essor George Maxwell Richards,<br />
President <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Republic</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Trinidad</strong> and Tobago,<br />
acting on advice <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Leader <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Opposition and in<br />
accordance with Section 40 (2) (b) <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Constitution,<br />
