school student who won a trip<br />

to London after submitting <strong>the</strong><br />

winning entry in an essay writing<br />

competition run by <strong>the</strong> National<br />

Secretariat <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> CHOGM and <strong>the</strong><br />

Royal Commonwealth Society.<br />

Prime Minister Manning returned<br />

to <strong>Trinidad</strong> and Tobago on <strong>Mar</strong>ch<br />

9th <strong>2010</strong>. In his absence Senator <strong>the</strong><br />

Honourable Dr. Lenny Saith carried<br />

out <strong>the</strong> duties <strong>of</strong> Prime Minister.<br />
