□ Copy of valid passport;
□ 1 Photograph;
□ 2 Recommendation letters;
□ 1 Motivation Letter;
□ Certified copies of transcripts and diploma’s, along with certified translations if these are written in a language
other than English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German or Dutch;
□ A certificate from your university which states that you have completed or will complete a Bachelor Degree
program, of at least 180 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System), and allows you to enrol in a Masters Program;
□ TOEFL or IELTS or Cambridge Score or alternative certificate of C1 level issued by your university’s academic
secretary;
□ Application fee of € 75.

to Hotel Management School Maastricht. Do not send your form to both centers!

Tuition fee and payment schedule
Full tuition fee for the Innovative Hospitality Management Program is € 12,500.
€ 2,500 is due 15 days after admission to ensure formal placement in the program. The remaining part of the
tuition fees should be paid before June 1st. 2011 for early bird fees, or Sept. 1 st for all other cases.

Alumni Fellowship Fee (available for all HMSM, TSI and OBU Alumni) € 11,500
Partner Fellowship Fee (available when alumni/or student of one of our academic partners) € 11,500
Business Fellowship Fee (available when a company sponsors two or more participants in the same year or in
consecutive years) € 10,500
Dean Fellowship Fee (available when selected by the Dean**) € 10,500
** A Dean Fellowship Fee can be obtained by meeting the following criteria:
The transcript of your records shows an average grade of 8 (E.U.) / A (U.S.) or above.
Your degree is from an internationally recognized university.
You provide the Dean with 2 references of an outstanding nature.
A strong motivation letter accompanies your application.
Note: only 2 Dean’s Fellowship Fees a year are awarded.
