Please note that:
- Tariffs will be levied against all premises to the equivalent of the number of waste-removal service
units that are provided or could be provided at the premises. These tariffs are applicable
irrespective of who removes the generated waste from the premises;
- 30% rebate is available on the refuse removal component at security complexes, serviced by the
municipality. Applications need to be in writing;
- Service tariffs are per bulk container per lift whether it is full or not;
- A surcharge of 100% is payable should the bulk container not be accessible to be lifted and the
vehicle has to return;
- Permanent clients bulk containers need to be lifted at least twice per month;
- A fixed day basis service is also available and requests need to be in writing;
- Tax (14%) will be levied on the above charges in terms of the Value-added Tax Act 1991 (Act 89 of
1991);
- Refuse/rubble will be collected on public holidays except on 25 December. Please arrange should
you require service on this day;
- We do render a call for service should you need the daily bins to be lifted more than once per day;
- Bin washers are available for daily services.
