Non-acid foaming cleaner that blasts deep into air
conditioner and refrigeration condenser coils and fins.
Coil-Clean Plus has a powerful jet spray that eliminates the need
for high pressure sprayers or bulky tank sprayers. Its foaming
action flushes the soil to the surface. Coil-Clean Plus loosens and
removes dirt and matted material quickly and easily.
No rinsing is required when applied to a functioning unit that
produces moisture. Normal condensation will strip away soils
and build-up, leaving coils and fins clean and deodorized.

PRODUCT LABEL
Coil Clean Plus is a heavy duty foam detergent coil cleaner in the
convenience of an aerosol can. It is especially suited for use on
most any coils such as window air conditioners, roof top HVAC units,
auto radiators, small air cooled equipment, small condenser and
evaporator coils, metal fi lters and fan blades. Nonfl ammable and
water based, it contains no chlorinated solvents or ozone depleters.
Equipped with a special 360 degree valve, Coil Clean Plus can be
sprayed in any position while the blasting stream easily reaches
into tight areas. The aggressive alkaline detergent blend quickly and
easily liquefi es dirt, grease, oil, or other residue and deposits. Fortifi ed
with corrosion inhibitors to prevent metal degradation, the product
will not harm drain pans and plastics. The clinging foam is completely
self-rinsing on condensate producing coils. Simply spray on and
condensation generated will wash away the emulsifi ed material.
The pleasant lemon fragrance helps leave surfaces not only cleaned
but deodorized.
DIRECTIONS: Turn off or disconnect power to unit being serviced.
Shake well. Remove cap and point toward the unit surface to be
cleaned. Thoroughly saturate the targeted area with product. Be sure
foam evenly covers the entire surface. With this self-rinsing formula,
the foam will break and condensation accumulation will completely
rinse the emulsifi ed material. However, you may wipe clean or rinse
with water if desired or if using on non-condensation producing coils.
For extremely stubborn or heavy deposits, repeat applications may be
necessary. Turn on or return power to the unit.
WARNING: Contains sodium metasilicate. Eye irritant. Avoid contact
with eyes. In case of contact fl ush immediately with water. If irritation
persists get medical attention. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact.
Avoid excessive inhalation. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid
spraying on food or food contact surfaces. If sprayed on food contact
surfaces fl ush with water before using. Contents under pressure. Do
not puncture or incinerate container. Do not expose to heat or store at
temperatures above 120°F. 12/08
