11 Q. February 25, 2008, e-mail from TL Investors
12 to S. Rothstein@RRA. Do you see that?
13 A. Yes, sir.
14 Q. The second line, it says, "But he wants a
15 note and checks to be overnighted to our office." You
16 see that?
17 A. Yes, sir.
18 Q. You talked about earlier that was kind of
19 your standard operating procedure with them, was if
20 they entered into a deal, they would wire the money
21 and you would overnight them checks and a promissory
22 note; is that right?
