3 Document 00067, can you tell me, is this one of the
4 bridge loan related deals?
5 A. I can't tell you one way or the other. I
6 need to see the e-mail. My recollection is that with
7 every deal that I sent to Mr. Tonacchio and
8 Mr. Lipsitz, an e-mail was sent first outlining the
9 terms of the deal. They either accepted or rejected
10 the deal.
11 Q. But if this promissory note was earlier in
12 time than the G deals that you referred to earlier,
13 does that necessarily mean that this promissory note
14 was related to the bridge loan scheme?
15 MR. SALIM: Form.

17 THE WITNESS: No, not necessarily. If you
18 just would show me the e-mail I'd be able to tell you
19 what kind of loan it was rather than sitting around
20 here guessing.
