4 A. Yes.
5 Q. Do you recall telling people that as a
6 teenager you remember seeing your uncle throw somebody
7 off the top of a building in the Bronx?
8 A. No, sir.
9 Q. So you never saw your uncle throw anybody
10 off a building?
11 A. I actually told somebody a story about when
12 they threw Paul Riner, I think that was his name, off
13 the roof of the building, but I never said it was my
14 uncle who threw him off the roof of the building.
15 Q. Did you tell people that your Uncle Bill was
16 somehow connected to the mob?
17 A. I told people that my uncle hung around with
18 people associated with organized crime, yes, sir.
19 Q. And this was the great upbringing you were
20 referring to?
21 A. My mom, my dad, my grandparents, my sister,
22 they were a great family. My uncle was great to me.
23 The fact he hung around with some unscrupulous
24 characters had nothing to do with my upbringing.
