4 A. I chartered a plane. I flew a bunch of our
5 friends up to New York and we met them up there and
6 had dinner together.
7 Q. You say you met them, is that Mr. Tonacchio
8 and Mr. Lipsitz?
9 A. Yes, sir.
10 Q. Do you remember where you went to dinner?
11 A. D'Gratcia (phonetic).
12 Q. How long were you in New York during that
13 visit?
14 A. I don't recall.
15 Q. And how did you return to South Florida?
16 A. Wait a second.
17 Actually, on that visit I think I went up
18 and then after dinner and going out a little bit I
19 went right back.
20 Q. Okay. How did you get back to South
21 Florida?
22 A. Same way, on the same plane.
23 Q. Did Mr. Tonacchio and Mr. Lipsitz come with
24 you?
25 A. I don't recall one way or the other.
