6 Q. Would you agree that Mr. Lipsitz and
7 Mr. Tonacchio didn't participate in the bridge loan
8 part but got there when you were into the
9 non-documenting deal phase in 2007?
10 MR. GAY: Objection to form.
11 THE WITNESS: I can't say that for certain,
12 Gary, because the bridge loans were still going on,
13 at least to a limited extent, and I certainly may
14 have introduced Mr. Tonacchio and Mr. Lipsitz into
15 the whole thing utilizing the bridge loans. I'd have
16 to see all the e-mails on either side of our
17 documents, the documents I've shown, to tell you for
18 certain. I can't tell you one way or the other.
