16 A. Yes, sir.
17 Q. And there's no pending divorce proceeding?
18 A. Not to my knowledge.
19 Q. On that Picou transaction which we've
20 identified as the first deal that involved
21 Mr. Tonacchio, did Ron Picou actually pay back that
22 money to you or RRA, or did that just come out of the
23 Ponzi?
24 A. He paid it in a manner of speaking, but not
25 necessarily at that time.
