1 A. Both ones that I was an investor in and ones
2 that I was not.
3 Q. All right. What projects did you invest in
4 in South Florida?
5 A. I think it was in 950 Federal Highway. It's
6 the one that was being run by D & D. It was the one
7 that Pichinini and Scarmalino are involved in. I
8 invested in that with Mr. Lipsitz and Mr. Tonacchio.
9 Q. All right. And that's a project where your
10 interest was forfeited to the United States and the
11 building itself was ultimately foreclosed by Wells
12 Fargo, Wachovia, correct?
13 A. The only thing I have personal knowledge of
14 is that I forfeited it to the government. What
15 happened with it after that is unknown to me.
16 Q. All right. Any other projects here in South
17 Florida with Mr. Tonacchio?
18 A. Not that I recall.
19 Q. All right. And in terms of being a player,
20 you testified that you went out to dinner with him on
21 occasion, correct?
22 A. Yes, sir.
23 Q. Did he drink a lot?
24 A. Yes, sir.
25 Q. All right. Did he drink like Ron Picou?
