6 THE WITNESS: I don't recall. He seemed
7 pretty well established, clearly knew what he was
8 doing.

10 Q. What about Mr. Lipsitz, did you know what he
11 did for a living?
12 A. He invested in real estate and was a partner
13 in Flash Dancers in Manhattan, a gentlemen's club.
14 Q. Do you know if he was involved in any other
15 similar type clubs either in New York or anywhere
16 else?
17 A. I seem to recall conversation about -- no,
18 you know what, I don't remember whether it was him or
19 not that was talking about investment in other clubs.
20 To the best of my recollection, that was his
21 main business.
22 Q. Does the name New York Dolls mean anything
23 to you?
24 A. It may have come up in passing, sir, but I
