3 A. I should have gotten a percentage of the
4 deal ultimately. I mean, I never actually received
5 anything from it, the deal never went through before I
6 turned myself in.
7 Q. What money did you use to invest in that
8 deal? Where did the money come from?
9 A. Money that I had stolen in the Ponzi scheme.
10 Q. Okay. What about a vacant land in
11 Cumberland County, New York? Does that sound familiar
12 to you?
13 A. No. There were so many deals that we looked
14 at over the years, I don't recall a vacant lot in
15 Cumberland.
16 Q. You don't remember --
17 A. I'm not saying it didn't happen.
18 Q. You don't remember investing a million and a
19 half dollars sometime in 2008 in a property near the
20 Delaware Water Gap?
21 A. I don't have a specific recollection of
22 that, no. I need to see documents to refresh my
23 recollection.
24 Q. Last question. 343, LLC, does that entity
25 sound familiar to you?
