I was told that we did, but it later became 5 my understanding that we may never have actually 6 acquired anything. 7 Q. Where did you learn that from? 8 A. David Boden. 9 Q. That they couldn't produce any documents 18 to us showing us where any of the money went 19 legitimately other than the payroll that they were 20 paying.
