Well, when I first heard it, it was -- I 20 remember discussing with Albert that it seemed to be 21 a lot less than Albert thought they were going to tag 22 him with, and that it was a point of pressure on 23 Albert because I was telling Albert also that he 24 could end up in a very bad position if we don't 25 resolve this, because you've got to remember it was
