<strong>Galaxy</strong> <strong>Desserts</strong>, was founded by Jean‐Yves Charon<br />
and Paul Levitan in 1998. They shared the vision of a<br />
company devoted to producing individual, innovative,<br />
gourmet desserts of exceptional quality. <strong>Galaxy</strong> has<br />
earned numerous awards and honors including the<br />
NASFT Outstanding Dessert of the Year Award and<br />
Oprah’s “Favorite Things” Awards. <strong>Galaxy</strong> <strong>Desserts</strong> is<br />
located in Richmond, CA.<br />
The <strong>Galaxy</strong> <strong>Desserts</strong> product line includes mousse cakes, cheesecakes,<br />
tarts, crèmes and pastries. We make our hand‐crafted desserts ourselves<br />
in our state‐of‐the‐art production bakery.<br />
Our all‐natural desserts are flash‐frozen to seal in the just‐baked flavor so they<br />
taste as if they came right out of your oven. We source all of our ingredients<br />
from the highest quality suppliers.<br />
