A club for working parents and those that would like their children to
play with friends after school in a safe environment. Once registered and
at the end of the school day and take them to the after school club held
in the school hall. Any children who attend after school activities will be
collected when their activity has finished.
WHAT CAN THE CHILDRE N EXPECT?
Activities are always varied so that the children will always be
entertained. The club offers a wide range of activities including extensive
arts and crafts, educational learning such as puzzles, construction toys
and board games.
We also supply a
wide range of
reading books. For
special occasions
we also have a Play station with a selection of games, including a dance
mat. We also promote team building and physical activities via indoor and
outdoor sports such as football, dodge ball, rounders, cricket and
basket/netball and scooters, skipping ropes, flick ball, table tennis, tennis
and obstacle course building.
On arrival at the after school club all children will be registered and have
access to water so they can have a drink before any activities are under
taken.
The children are then free to choose an activity or join in with the adult
led activity of the day.
We prepare all meals on site. There is a weekly evening meal menu, which
is varied and healthy. The menus offer seasonal variety and we welcome
input and suggestions from the children and parents.
We offer a free play environment for after school club, as we recognise
that the children have been working hard all day during school and we
would like them to have the chance to relax and unwind, so they are free
