Welcome to the Easter 2011 guide to holiday activities, subsidised by
the Rothwell Extended Services Cluster and partners. Funding to
subsidise these activities has been provided by the Leeds City
Council Outer South Area Committee and only children who attend
the cluster schools or live within the cluster boundaries will have
access to subsidised or free places.
All children and young people will need to have a Breeze Card,
which they will need to bring to each activity, in order to access
subsidised places.
Breeze gives you access to tons of events and activities going on across the city
and in your area. Breeze Card is the young person's Leeds Card and will not
only give you access to Breeze events but will gain you some pretty cool

MULTI SPORTS . . .
Ages 5-12
Don’t forget to bring a packed lunch, non-fizzy drinks, appropriate clothing & footwear!
DANCE
Come along and have lots of fun with a range of different sports and games
. . . in a state of the art dance studio! A range of different dance styles
leading up to a performance for parent/carers. No experience necessary!

ACTIVITY DESCRIPTIONS & BOOKING DETAILS
Tai Chi is an Ancient Chinese Martial Art known to develop the mind
and the body. When practiced regularly, fitness, balance, breathing and
personal confidence are all enhanced. Each session will offer a multi
disciplined programme of Tai Chi & Qigong, as well as some simple self
defence techniques (with parental permission).
Cost per session: £5 with BreezeCard, £7 without (per family of up to 2 children) Age: 5+
Date / Venue / Time: Wed. 6th at Rodillian school from 10am—12:30pm
Date / Venue / Time: Wed. 13th at the Rose Lund Centre from 12:30—3pm

Don’t forget to wear comfortable clothing, flat footwear and bring bottled water!
Improve your fitness, suppleness and co-ordination as well as discipline,
self-confidence and respect. Trained instructors will teach you some basic
moves including how to kick, punch and block as well as making sure you
have lots of fun! Please wear loose clothing, trainers and bring bottled water.
