Revision and utilization <strong>of</strong> review instruments to include<br />

newly developed standards.<br />

2 nd Quarter Report: Partially Achieved. A meeting held to establish a tentative standard (80%) <strong>of</strong> compliance. Additional meetings<br />

need to be held to determine actions to incorporate the developed standards into per<strong>for</strong>mance management plans.<br />

3 rd Quarter Report: Achieved. The E & R Social Services Review Guide was updated 4/03 and now includes a component to review<br />

timely completion and registration <strong>of</strong> child life history. Refer to Review Guide Document.<br />
