by CPRS <strong>for</strong> judicial decision making by qualitative<br />
interviews with judges.<br />
1 st Quarter Report: The prototype, including adoption policy, was piloted in Dekalb County. It is now being implemented statewide.<br />
Both panel and court reviews can now be completed on line within the CPRS system <strong>for</strong> all staff with access to view. An adoption<br />
checklist has been added <strong>for</strong> children who are post-termination and awaiting adoption. A users group <strong>of</strong> the CPRS made up <strong>of</strong> judges<br />
and caseworkers is being established. The first phone conference/meeting <strong>for</strong> the group will occur in January 2003.<br />
