documentation was submitted which addressed how CPRS 'require' the documentation of the PG.

BARRIERS TO ACHIEVEMENT:
1 st Quarter Report: The training of all 159 counties (1,200 caseworkers) and juvenile court judges and staff (approximately 100
judges) has taken longer than planned but will be complete January 2003.
2 nd Quarter Federal Response: Is the training completed?
3 rd Quarter Georgia Reply: Yes.
D5 ACTION STEPS: Conduct annual cross training for judges, case managers, Sags, GALs, parent attorneys, CASAs, and Citizen
Panel volunteers on acceptable permanency goals.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Achieved. The 3 rd Annul Child Placement Cross-Training Conference took place in November 2002. Judges, case managers, Saags,
GALs, parent attorneys, CASAs, and Citizen panel volunteers all attended. Appropriate permanency options were taught in
workshops.
