1 st Quarter Report: The Work Group <strong>for</strong> "Child Stability in Foster Care' will meet monthly to monitor progress on this strategy.<br />

3 rd Quarter Report:<br />

4 th Quarter Report: The state is expected to renegotiate this item.<br />

4 th Quarter Federal Response: This step is directly impacted by Step C10, which the State is unable to fully implement. How will<br />

the Qualitative Case Reviews help determine if the problems are systemic in nature?<br />

5 th Quarter Report: The QCR will be generated quarterly. If the same areas <strong>of</strong> 'needing improvement' show up in the quarterly<br />

reports, then that's a good indication the problem areas are systemic.<br />
