C11 ACTION STEPS: If problem is predominantly institutional:<br />
The state review group, which includes stakeholders, will complete on-site case reviews <strong>of</strong> an additional 50<br />
randomly selected cases and provide technical assistance to selected counties <strong>of</strong> the First Placement/Best<br />
Placement <strong>Program</strong>.<br />
3rd Quarter: Requesting ACF approval to delete this Action Step. The Qualitative Case Reviews will help<br />
determine if the problems are primarily institutional.<br />
5 th Quarter: Per Annual Evaluation/Renegotiation the State requested to collapse this step into Action Step C8.<br />
The QCRs addressed in C8 will address problems with practice issues as it relates to problematic stability issues<br />
that may be institutionalized.<br />
