4 th Quarter Federal Response: Why does the State want to switch from annual reviews <strong>of</strong> 50 cases to review <strong>of</strong> 180 cases by Sept.<br />
2004. State needs to provide a little more detail in terms <strong>of</strong> how many cases per month, per quarter, counties, etc. What is the progress<br />
thus far?<br />
5 th Quarter Report: The first round <strong>of</strong> QCRs have been conducted and the report has been <strong>for</strong>warded to the Regional ACF over sight<br />
personnel and is made a part <strong>of</strong> the 5 th Quarter Progress Report. Twelve county <strong>of</strong>fices were reviewed. Twenty-five cases were<br />
randomly selected. The Stability <strong>of</strong> Foster Care Placement indicator was rated as strength in 20 <strong>of</strong> the 24 records reviewed (83.33%).<br />
