foster family homes between 12-2002 and 12-2003.<br />

Complete written report issued detailing commonalities<br />

and differences in DFCS and ORS policies/standards;<br />

recommendations <strong>for</strong> revisions and fiscal implications<br />

indicated.<br />

Evaluation: A report documenting DFCS proposed changes<br />

and recommendations <strong>for</strong> the establishment <strong>of</strong> uni<strong>for</strong>m<br />

foster family licensing standards, including legislative and<br />

fiscal impact.<br />

1 st Quarter Report: 1. Two meeting <strong>of</strong> core workgroups held to review and discuss steps to be taken in implementing the PIP. 2. A<br />

proposal is presently being developed to outsource the task <strong>of</strong> reviewing and completing a comparative analysis <strong>of</strong> commonalties and<br />
