forced out of necessity to do their own data entry. Additional training will be available to case managers and supervisors through a
web based training site and a computer lab experience. Ongoing surveys and feedback from all users is still needed to ensure that we
continue to meet the needs of the user group. The benchmark that was established for this program improvement plan is going to be an
ongoing process.
