3 rd Quarter Report: Ongoing trend analysis reports are generated from the E&R Section <strong>of</strong> DFCS and sent to the Social Services<br />

Section <strong>for</strong> review. These data issues are <strong>for</strong>warded to the county through their state consultant <strong>for</strong> oversight and technical assistance.<br />

The development <strong>of</strong> the web based system is under construction and will contain reports that allow <strong>for</strong> county comparison <strong>of</strong> their<br />

results against other county <strong>of</strong>fices.<br />

4 th Quarter Report: The web site has been released <strong>for</strong> use. Supervisor Review Guides and data have been authored and are being<br />

placed on the web and will be ready <strong>for</strong> use in November.<br />

4 th Quarter Federal Response: This action step completion date is 6/04.<br />

5 th Quarter Report: Achieved. In addition to the availability <strong>of</strong> the Social Services web site, the Division is now providing monthly<br />

reports to county departments <strong>of</strong> Key Per<strong>for</strong>mance Indicators, based on data residing in IDS Online. Counties are able to see each<br />

month the data errors and the importance <strong>of</strong> accurate data collection. Counties are working diligently to clean up incorrect, incomplete<br />

or incorrect data to improve their monthly 'report card'.<br />
