BARRIERS TO ACHIEVEMENT:<br />
The cost <strong>of</strong> maintenance and continued development <strong>of</strong> the websites could present a barrier. Further, since the websites are hosted by<br />
contract (Care Solutions) and private providers (GAHSC) control <strong>of</strong> the content, frequency <strong>of</strong> updates, security and other Internet<br />
issues are outside <strong>of</strong> DHR control.<br />
2 nd Quarter Federal Response: WILL THIS IMPACT THE ABILITY TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED OUTCOME IN THIS<br />
AREA?<br />
3 rd Quarter Georgia's Reply: The state maintains a positive working relationship with these agencies and we do not <strong>for</strong>esee any<br />
negative impact on the outcome <strong>of</strong> this action step.<br />
O8 ACTION STEPS: 1. Begin development <strong>of</strong> statewide database on children's mental health resources -- focusing on needs<br />
identified (in assessment process) <strong>for</strong> which no service is currently available<br />
2. CPRS will be amended to include data collection <strong>for</strong> recommendations made during the assessment process.<br />
5 th Quarter: The State request to delete this action step. Reason: The State cannot support financially a<br />
statewide database on mental health resources. Additionally, it is believed that Action Step O9 will help to<br />
address this issue. The State believes that deleting this action step will not adversely impact the goals.<br />
