Case managers job requirements have not been revised to ensure focus on mental health. Currently, the numbers available <strong>for</strong> caseload<br />
count are based on allocated positions and average number <strong>of</strong> cases <strong>for</strong> a specific period.<br />
5 th Quarter Report: Major restructuring <strong>of</strong> the Division <strong>of</strong> Family and Children Services is occurring. The Division Director is<br />
committed to creating a pr<strong>of</strong>essional services staff to better provide services. It is expected that this action step can be accomplished<br />
by the stated completion date<br />
Goal: Development <strong>of</strong> a statewide vision <strong>for</strong> coordinated service delivery system to children and families.<br />
