5 th Quarter Report: Per Annual Evaluation/Renegotiation the State requested to delete this action step.
Limited resources will not allow the State to negotiate with a contractor to perform an analysis of the
Comprehensive Child and Family Assessment model (First Placement Best Placement) and State staff resources
are not sufficient to undertake such an effort. The State believes that deleting this action step will not adversely
impact the goal.
