Georgia will continue to assess the effectiveness and impact <strong>of</strong> the First Placement/ Best Placement <strong>Program</strong><br />
and Wrap Around Services <strong>Program</strong> in reducing the number <strong>of</strong> children in foster care once the family's needs<br />
and services have been met.<br />
3 rd Quarter: Requesting ACF approval to delete this action step as it is the same as Action Step 8.<br />
4 th Quarter Federal Response: Instead <strong>of</strong> deletion, treat it as it is, (duplicate <strong>of</strong> Step 8) and identify<br />
accomplishment.<br />
