BARRIERS TO ACHIEVEMENT:<br />

I5 ACTION STEPS: Georgia will complete technical assistance to DFCS staff and private providers as to how to complete a<br />

comprehensive assessment and how to use the collected in<strong>for</strong>mation to make the most appropriate permanency<br />

decision at the beginning <strong>of</strong> the child's stay in foster care. The FP/BP in<strong>for</strong>mation will also be used to develop<br />

more effective case plans <strong>for</strong> the child and family.<br />
