1 st <strong>an</strong>d 2 nd Quarter Report: The statewide database has been completed for the placements <strong>of</strong> all children in custody. Phase 2 will be<br />

complete in the spring <strong>of</strong> '03 <strong>an</strong>d will account for each child in care. Developing the statewide database was labor intensive <strong>an</strong>d<br />

required additional support <strong>an</strong>d checking for accuracy.<br />

3 rd Quarter: The above statements are not barriers <strong>an</strong>d were inappropriately stated under this column.<br />

Require that perm<strong>an</strong>ency goals be documented as part <strong>of</strong> the on-line Case Pl<strong>an</strong> Reporting System, CPRS<br />

Evaluation: A report will be developed quarterly from the CPRS about documented perm<strong>an</strong>ency goals from<br />

around the state.<br />

90% <strong>of</strong> the case pl<strong>an</strong>s.” Reason: to more specifically<br />

measure the achievement <strong>of</strong> the PIP Item <strong>an</strong>d Action Step.<br />

New request: Your subsequent quarterly report should be<br />

able to demonstrate progress made in documenting<br />

perm<strong>an</strong>ency goals.<br />
