ACCOMPLISHMENTS:<br />
1 st Quarter Report: This benchmark was partially achieved. All current DFCS staff <strong>an</strong>d providers have been trained on FP/BP<br />
wrap around policies <strong>an</strong>d procedures. All foster care staff have been trained on the Case Pl<strong>an</strong> Reporting System (CPRS). The PIP<br />
states that this will be completed on July '03. The new target date for completion will be February '04. Business process <strong>an</strong>alysis will<br />
begin in early March '03. Implementation will begin in March 2004.<br />
2 nd Quarter Report - A ch<strong>an</strong>ge in the completion date was approved. No report due this quarter.<br />
2 nd Quarter Federal Response: What is the status/update <strong>of</strong> this action steps? We need to be able to know your progress in this area.<br />
3 rd Quarter Report Georgia's Reply: The Case Pl<strong>an</strong> Reporting System (CPRS) has been trained on <strong>an</strong>d implemented in all 159<br />
Georgia counties. DFCS policy m<strong>an</strong>dates its use. Functionality to capture data about First Placement Best Placement is being added to<br />
CPRS by 12/03. Reporting will assist in data collection about recommendations made during the comprehensive assessment <strong>an</strong>d the<br />
state's ability to provide the recommended resources. This information will be available by county, region, <strong>an</strong>d state.<br />
4 th Quarter Report: The build <strong>of</strong> the report has been requested. It is <strong>an</strong>ticipated that the state will renegotiate this item.<br />
5 th Quarter Report: The First Placement Best Placement has been added to CPRS but not trained on. Tracking the child's Health<br />
Check Schedule has not been added. Work is in process.<br />
6 th Quarter Report: The training for the pilot <strong>of</strong> the enh<strong>an</strong>cements to the CPRS has experienced a delay. Training will begin in May<br />
2004.<br />
6 th Quarter Federal Response: C7: When does the State <strong>an</strong>ticipate completion <strong>of</strong> the Health Check Schedule in CPRS to be<br />
complete? How will this delay impact the renegotiated completion date <strong>of</strong> 7/04?<br />
