3rd Quarter: Complete a report as to findings.<br />

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:<br />

1 st Quarter Report: Partially achieved. The initial focus <strong>of</strong> this action step was to conduct a study <strong>of</strong> the seven pilot FP/BP counties,<br />

a review <strong>of</strong> the FP/BP Comprehensive Assessment process to assure that the physical health needs <strong>of</strong> children were addressed in the<br />

assessments <strong>an</strong>d to assure that the placements were appropriate to meet the child's needs. However, further <strong>an</strong>d careful review <strong>of</strong> this<br />

action step indicates that a completed SACWIS supported by r<strong>an</strong>dom case record reviews is necessary in order to monitor the<br />

benchmark. In the absence <strong>of</strong> the SACWIS system at this time, the four foster care consult<strong>an</strong>ts will r<strong>an</strong>domly select cases to review<br />
