Placement/Best Placement Providers are unable to enter information into the system until a DFCS CM provides access for the agency<br />
to log onto the system <strong>an</strong>d enter information for a specific case. This has created logistical delays in the timeliness <strong>of</strong> information<br />
being entered as CM’s do not provide access until they begin working on the initial case pl<strong>an</strong> which may be within days <strong>of</strong> the 30 day<br />
