Georgia will complete technical assist<strong>an</strong>ce to DFCS staff <strong>an</strong>d private providers as to how to use the collected<br />

information to meet the child's needs as it related to post subst<strong>an</strong>ce abuse counseling, monitoring <strong>an</strong>d support as<br />

a part <strong>of</strong> the early intervention process <strong>an</strong>d/or in -- home intensive treatment services. The team will need to<br />

determine the accuracy <strong>of</strong> information in the CPRS system regarding the service needs <strong>of</strong> children <strong>an</strong>d families<br />

indicated at the MDT meeting. During the next quarter, the team will monitor the data collection from CPRS<br />

<strong>an</strong>d the selected contractor. This information will steer the efforts <strong>of</strong> the FPBP consult<strong>an</strong>ts assigned to regions<br />

to begin training, consulting, <strong>an</strong>d supporting the needs <strong>of</strong> county DFCS staff <strong>an</strong>d private providers.<br />

5 th Quarter Report: Per Annual Evaluation/Renegotiation, the State requested to ch<strong>an</strong>ge part (2) <strong>of</strong> the Action<br />

Step to read 'Once CPRS has the capability to capture data, the state <strong>of</strong>fice team will determine accuracy <strong>of</strong><br />

information in the CPRS system regarding the service needs <strong>of</strong> children <strong>an</strong>d families indicated at the MDT<br />

meeting'. Reason: Ch<strong>an</strong>ges in m<strong>an</strong>agement at the Division <strong>an</strong>d Unit levels have resulted in the reassignment <strong>of</strong><br />
