While the action step <strong>an</strong>d benchmark is achieved, the most recent QCR results for child <strong>an</strong>d family involvement in case pl<strong>an</strong>ning<br />

clearly indicates the lack <strong>of</strong> family involvement in case pl<strong>an</strong>ning. The cumulative results for the 10/2003 - 09/2004 point out that only<br />

65% <strong>of</strong> children <strong>an</strong>d families are involved in case pl<strong>an</strong>ning. The information has been passed on to the state training section for<br />

further examination.<br />
