The report referred to in the Benchmark was contingent upon there actually being training <strong>an</strong>d policy ch<strong>an</strong>ges based upon QCR<br />

results. To date the QCRs have not lead to training or policy ch<strong>an</strong>ges, thus the State has not provided a report.<br />

8 th Quarter Report: Achieved. Completion <strong>of</strong> this step is contingent upon actions in I-15. Training <strong>an</strong>d policy referenced in Item I-<br />

15 was released to the field in September, as was the memo regarding QCR results. Thus, no conclusions c<strong>an</strong> be drawn yet as to its<br />

effectiveness. Georgia's turnover rate is at 40%. Until workforce stability is achieved, a true measure <strong>of</strong> this action step may not be<br />

fully realized. However, the state will continue to inform m<strong>an</strong>agement staff on all levels <strong>of</strong> potential training needs <strong>an</strong>d policy<br />

ch<strong>an</strong>ges as identified via the QCR.<br />
