prepared monthly expenditure reports, which captured essentially the same information. It became apparent that the budget <strong>of</strong>fice<br />

report provided the information needed, <strong>an</strong>d thus the monthly county reports were discontinued. Attached is the FY 05 UAS 518<br />

report, which details by county the expenditures, used in wraparound services <strong>an</strong>d the number <strong>of</strong> clients served. Based upon the UAS<br />

518 Monthly Expenditures by Service/Treatment, In-Home Case M<strong>an</strong>agement is the most widely used service under Wrap-Around<br />

followed by In-Home Intensive Treatment. In-Home Case M<strong>an</strong>agement provides case m<strong>an</strong>agement assist<strong>an</strong>ce to families in<br />

completing the defined goals <strong>an</strong>d steps <strong>of</strong> the Case Pl<strong>an</strong>. In-Home Intensive Treatment provides therapeutic <strong>an</strong>d/or clinical services for<br />

a family in preparation for the safe return <strong>of</strong> a child <strong>an</strong>d/or to maintain <strong>an</strong>d stabilize a child’s current placement. Aggregate data is<br />

used to determine the use <strong>of</strong> First Placement Best Placement Wrap Around services.<br />
