1 st Quarter Reports: This Benchmark was achieved. In April 2002 all FP/BP policies <strong>an</strong>d st<strong>an</strong>dards were revised to more clearly<br />

define the expectations <strong>an</strong>d requirements for completing all aspects <strong>of</strong> FP/BP Assessments <strong>an</strong>d Wrap Around Services.<br />

Completion Date: June 2002<br />

These staff will beg<strong>an</strong> working on this assignment in February 2003. They will receive training on how to conduct <strong>an</strong>nual on-site<br />

qualitative reviews. Completion Date December 2002.<br />

2 nd Quarter Federal Response: What c<strong>an</strong> the State give us to show this has been achieved?<br />

Georgia's Reply 3 rd Quarter Report: This goal is Achieved. A copy <strong>of</strong> the revised Form #65, The First Placement/Best Placement<br />

Bluebook St<strong>an</strong>dards was given to the Georgia ACF Regional Consult<strong>an</strong>t at the 'Back to Basics' First Placement/Best Placement<br />

Training in Macon, Georgia.<br />

The Four Foster Care Consult<strong>an</strong>ts will not conduct qualitative case reviews. The DFCS Evaluation <strong>an</strong>d Reporting <strong>an</strong>d the Consultation<br />

<strong>an</strong>d Support Sections will conduct the qualitative reviews. See Action Step 6.<br />
